The Knicks' assistant coaches did not receive their championship rings during Tuesday's ceremony, despite being handed ring boxes, according to league sources.
Many longtime employees at Madison Square Garden will not receive rings at all, per team sources.
Those employees got their hopes up in late September, when they were sent a fake championship ring offer as part of a phishing test.

Anyone surprised that Finch is playing 9 guys and one of them is Trey Lyles has not been watching the Wolves for the last 5 years. Finchy is a trust guy, and Trey is one of the guys he trusts.
Ant hit that three to put the Wolves up 78-61 and it seemed like Minnesota thought that somehow the game was over. Sloppy since then, Heat on a 9-0 run, Chris Finch not happy.
Kind of hilarious that Gobert did an in-game interview where he was asked about how this new Wolves offense will help him shine and then he had 0 points on 0 shots in 15 minutes

The Vikings are back from their bye week, as one of the NFL’s last three unbeaten teams, and indications are they intend to be active before the Nov. 10 trade deadline. If they find the right partner, they could look to bolster their roster for a possible playoff run.
The Packers won. The Bears won. J.J. McCarthy threw for 243 yards in 11 minutes. Yeah, the Vikings had a bye week but a lot happened.
