Definitely one of my top 10 LDS critic misses. The heart of this argument lies the assumption: “My preferred interpretation of this short phrase means exactly what I think it means, and I don't need to consult context, surrounding scripture, or the actual teachings of the faith I'm critiquing before declaring the entire religion false.”
