We welcome yesterday's opposition motions in the @niassembly recognising the mental health inequalities in Northern Ireland, the importance of the VCSE sector in responding to this and the need for consistent and coordinated investment in mental health services across Northern Ireland.
The Community Foundation for Northern Ireland are proud funders of mental health services across Northern Ireland and recognise the key role the VCSE sector plays in improving mental health and preventing deaths by suicide.
In our role as delivery agent for the Mental Health Support Fund, we have witnessed firsthand the lives that have been saved and transformed by the vital services provided by the VCSE sector, and we strongly support calls for further investment.
