Rare is now under Activision. I don’t have a damn clue what I’m supposed to make of that, but it can’t be good. 😞

To be clear, it’s difficult parting with a single item. I’ve been collecting Rare memorabilia for 30+ years and never dreamed of parting with any of it. But such is life. So I hope the stuff I do part with finds their way to someone who will care for them as much as I have.

May have to part ways with this (unfortunately), but this is a VERY RARE #VivaPinata Xbox 360 Media Press Kit generously sent to me from Microsoft in 2006. First ever press kit I ever received.

This is truly a dark day not only for us @RareLtd fans, but most importantly for those who work at Rare. I hope those impacted there today from these senseless layoffs all land swiftly on their feet.

Happy holidays, whoever's seeing this! Hope you're closing the year out in style and, as it's the day of fine gifts and finer food, here's our offering - a delicious png for you to enjoy! Right, we're off to eat a Patagotitan's hypothesised weight in sweets. 'Til 2025!

Today we're celebrating @Gamerboss' tenure at @RareLtd; after 13 years and 10 months, our head honcho recently started a new role as Head of Xbox Game Studios! We'll still see plenty of him, but he'll miss out on daily cake. Thanks for everything, Craig, from all of us. You rock!
