Twitch is notifying creators that some subscriptions were mistakenly "paused" (canceled?) in January. They're providing one-month payouts for affected subscriptions and offering a 20-day extension for those individuals to resubscribe and restore their sub streak.
Hi ZachBussey, We found some subscriptions were incorrectly paused in January and stopped renewing. This was an isolated incident and has been fixed. To make it right, we’re issuing payouts to reflect the value of one month of subscriptions canceled. This will be included in your upcoming payouts. We recognize this is inconvenient, and we apologize for the frustration it’s caused. We recognize this is also a disappointing experience for your affected subscribers. If they resubscribe within 20 days of the sub expiring, we’ll also be able to restore their sub streak. If you or your community have any questions, please reach out to support@twitch.tv.
