No verified reports confirm multiple AO3 accounts stolen after the incident. OTW states it does not currently believe the user database was stolen but cannot rule it out and recommends changing reused passwords on other sites as precaution.

But taking someone else’s fic and putting it someplace else for money or using ai to “finish it” is garbage human behavior and I hope karma gets you.
