Had a really great couple weekends playing magic. Won a local 70ish player tournament last week followed by top 16 a 80ish player event and then winning a Land Go Qualifier this weekend. Excited to hit this mile stone that I’ve been pushing for. Can’t wait to see what’s next.
Jamming in my first Silver event of the season today! Hyped to be back on the grind for a new season.
Round 1: draw. second seat against Krrik, Terra and Kodama/thras. Game slipped all to hell and I had to feed a million cards to get in the game. Made a deal to get a draw in stopping terra and kodama was able to force it with infinite mana and forced card draw. 0-0-1

Won a small local tournament today to warm up for the Land Go Expo next weekend. Kinnan feels great to play and I got to pull off some really interesting lines today. Can’t wait for Nashville!

Played in the Black Lotus Qualifier for 10 FBB duals at Gamer Geeks today. Kinnan still feels great. Made top 16 but was 4th seat in a triple turbo pod and mulled to 5. Ended the day 2-3-1. On to the next! As always shoutout @Sup3rf1y143 for my favorite alter.
Round 4: loss. 2nd seat against Marneus, Kefka and Terra. I mulled to 5 and kept a bad hand banking on a land. Left the game as a 1v1 between marneus and terra. Terra got there. 2-1-1
Totally forgot to update this. R5 was a midrange slog with the homie @HellaLily13 that ended up going to time as we both held instant speed win attempts. T16 was rough, I kept a mid hand trying not to go too low and got outvalued. Ended the day 2-2-2 & t16 in a plat event.
Round 4: loss. 3rd seat against Sisay, Magda and Rocco. Kept a turn 2 win hand. Didn’t get a turn 2. Sisay ripped a naus and got there. 1-2-1
