I literally don’t understand why should I go Seraphine rn when Hwei has 10x more utility, scaling and damage, has less mana issues and enchanter Hwei is arguably better than enchanter Seraphine
I need a real human being that isn’t otp Seraphine to explain why she’s so op on APC, doesn’t need buffs/adjustments and why shouldn’t I just play Mel or Hwei that have 4% more winrate than the wheelchair

As of Version 7.2, Genshin has 123 playable characters (including the traveler). In the 7.2 AQ, 121 of them have dialogue or appear on screen. Only two playable characters don't show up: one is Aloy, who will absolutely never appear in the story, which means the only character who genuinely doesn't appear is Columbina. I wonder what key role Columbina will play in 7.3
That said, over several hours of story, the screen time, behavior, and roles of these 121 characters all feel incredibly natural and well-fitted-there's never a sense that anyone was shoehorned in just for the sake of appearing. That really made me admire genshin's scriptwriting
