Even when not in power, Labour councillors across the region are able to provide a fantastic service to their residents. This shows just how important it is that we get more Labour councillors, and councils, to truly help Essex, the East, and Britain. #VoteLabour 🌹 – at Hullbridge, East

Libraries saved! Labour pressured the Tories into scrapping their planned cuts to libraries in the finalised budget at Southend Council. Despite trying to spin their cuts, they’ve buckled under Labour’s pressure and libraries are safe for now.

In Rayleigh & Wickford, thousands of people live at the breadline because of exploitative and unreliable zero hour's contracts. If you agree that there should be better employment security for everyone, back Labour's plan to ban them today! 🌹 action.labour.org.uk/page/14… – at Hullbridge, East
