The above link is to a JotForm that goes to each Supreme Court Justice. It shows them that the 1A is mandatory, and that Clerks cannot deny petitions with court rules.
At the beginning of the nation, the Supreme Court did not block petitions with Clerks. Today, that is most of what happens. Clerks deny petitions with rules, which prevents Judges from giving justice.
This is an issue that impacts all Americans.
