Carney’s next gig?
I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027.
It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution.
I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.
People often think that comprehension automatically follows when a question is answered. But, even when the answer is truthful and honestly provided, is this actually the case? Often not.
It’s the relationship between the question and the answer that offers a deeper understanding, including the reason the question came into existence.
If an answer is getting in the way of comprehension, you might want to question the question.

How interesting this is. How we create perception gaps and derive our certainty from them. The star was always there but the hammer and sickle was the focus. The star was “hiding” in plain sight.

Many of us remember it clearly without one.
