Four years in public service is simply not a measure of time. It is a measure of responsibility; to strengthen institutions, coordinate Government business, follow through on decisions and keep the citizen at the centre. Four years later, the purpose remains the same: to serve Kenya.
The work continues. #BETA

I pity those who believe Sifuna will be President in 2027. Across Western Kenyaโs 33 constituencies, he has reportedly won over only 3 MPs, 2 Senators and a governor. Even his Kanduyi MP, John Makali, hasnโt joined him. For all the hype, Sifuna remains a paper tiger.

SIFUNA has NEVER done a SINGLE thing of CONSEQUENCE in his entire life. Not a thing as a lawyer, ODM SG, or senator. Zero, zilch, nada. Heโs a blank slate. I challenge anyone to name one thing. Apart from running his mouth. He lost every election until Baba made him Nairobi Senator. Now heโs hiding under Gachaguaโs skirt. Prove me wrong. I challenge you.

You are a racist, just like your country german,do you pay taxes in kenya to question how taxes are being used and in an organ like kenya police?
KENYA ๐ฐ๐ช WHAT I HEARD IN DCI WAITING ROOMS SHOULD WORRY ANYONE SEEKING JUSTICE.
Iโm a European AI entrepreneur who came to Kenya to help build a business. After the VeGrid/thomas ogutu dispute & messages I reported as threatening, I went to @DCI_Kenya seeking help.
Over the course of my case, I have made more than 50 visits to DCI offices, including around 30 to HQ offices on Kiambu Road. This car video was recorded on 18 June 2026, while I was on the ground trying to get my complaint handled.
In those waiting rooms, I met lawyers and heard accounts of fake-gold deals, enormous losses and victims struggling to get effective help.
Here is what public reporting shows, including developments after this video.
On 9 April, Citizen reported the story of Australian investor Andrew Adel Gaballa, whose claimed losses exceeded KSh77.5 million.
The reported scheme involved introductions in Dubai, a visit to supposed gold operations in Tanzania, meetings and paperwork in Kenya, insurance payments, legal fees and storage fees.
It had the appearance of a serious international transaction. The promised gold was not delivered. The supposed collateral was reported to be fake.
July court reporting describes Gaballaโs testimony that US$505,000 went into law-firm accounts, and a mining analystโs testimony that the bars examined were copper and zinc.
An arrest and a charge were reported; the accused denied the charge. But Gaballaโs representative, Nabeel Khan, also publicly complained about the assistance and progress at DCI.
Citizen reported that Gaballa was stopped at JKIA when he tried to leave Kenya, with the Australian Embassy intervening.
The loss of money was followed by fear, more expenses and a struggle for help. That is the human experience behind the headline.
There is another case that deserves attention.
On 1 October, Citizen reported that DCI arrested 14 suspects, including THREE SERVING POLICE OFFICERS, in a Nairobi raid involving suspected counterfeit dollars and fake gold bars.
The public deserves to know what investigators establish, what happens to the officers involved and whether victims recover anything.
Who can a victim trust when serving police officers themselves appear among the suspects?
The wider corruption evidence is serious:
โข EACCโs 2024 survey found that 97.2% of respondents who experienced bribery did not report it to any authority or person.
โข Among the small group who did report, 69.8% said no action was taken on their reports.
โข Transparency International Kenyaโs separate 2025 survey, conducted across 15 counties, found that nearly 40% of bribes reported by its respondents went to police.
These figures demand a serious public response.
For a victim, reporting can mean more transport costs, more time away from work, more legal expenses and fear about what happens next. What happens to someone who cannot afford another trip or another month of waiting?
And what are taxpayers getting for the money allocated to policing?
In its May review of the FY2026/27 budget estimates, Parliament put the National Police Service budget at about KSh147 BILLION, with a substantial share going to personnel.
The Auditor-Generalโs simplified report for FY2024/25 also has a section on police stations operating without motor vehicles.
Citizens deserve to see how the budget reaches frontline policing, forensic work, functioning offices and protection for complainants.
Publish the actual expenditure, forensic turnaround times, the case backlogs and what happens to complaints against officers.
A budget allocation needs to be followed through to services delivered and money accounted for.
Foreign investors have to understand this risk too. A convincing introduction, impressive connections or formal-looking paperwork make deals feel safe. Effective access to justice matters when those assurances fail.
And that brings me back to my case.
DCI has been suppressing evidence requests by @ODPP_KE since March!

As a former majority leader Emeritus , I have gone through the Election Amendement Bill (Senate Bill) 2024 and state the correct position minus the propaganda of those who have not taken time to read .
The Elections (Amendment) Bill,2024 is a Senate Bill that was introduced and passed in the Senate and subsequently introduced in the National Assembly last year in February.
The Bill was one of the Bills emanating from the NADCO process co-chaired by the Hon.Kalonzo Musyoka and Hon.Kimani Ichung'wah.
When the Bill was still undergoing consideration in the National Assembly, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka, Rigathi Gachagua, Fred Matiang'i, Justin Muturi, Mithika Linturi and Eugene Wamalwa filed a Petition in the High Court challenging section 39 of the Elections Act which provides for among other things the livestreaming of election results. Sen.Okiya Omtatah also filed a similar Petition.
The High Court in its judgment delivered on 22nd September,2026 considered the Petitions and upheld the constitutionality of section 39 of the Elections Act.
It is noteworthy that the Court further held that "the National Assembly is to take note of the manner section 39 of the Act was construed in finalizing the Bill".
Based on this, yesterday, the National Assembly in considering the Bill, deleted clause 22 of the Bill which had a proposed amendment to section 39. The effect of this amendment is to retain section 39 as it is in the Act which is that it obligates the livestreaming of election results.
The National Assembly DID NOT pass any amendment to remove the livestreaming of elections results and the reports online are therefore FALSE and MISLEADING.
It also noteworthy that the attempts at amending the section by the Member for Suba South, Hon.Caroli Omondo were also rejected by the National Assembly so as to uphold the court judgment on the validity of section 39.
In short, the livestreaming of election results is still mandatory as required by section 39 of the Elections Act and the Act was NOT amended by the National Assembly to remove this requirement.
Having been passed by the National Assembly, the Bill will now be transmitted back to the Senate for consideration.

Today I graced the groundbreaking of ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฑ's new four-storey facility in Nakuru County โ a milestone for a society established only in 2019.
The numbers tell the story: ๐ต๐ด๐ฏ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, ๐ญ.๐ฎ๐ฎ ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ collected last year, and a payout above ๐๐๐ฆ ๐ฑ๐ต ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ธ๐ด. Backed by a solarised 2,500-litre chiller, a 500-litre pasteuriser, a milk ATM, and a partnership with Ravine Dairies. Women make up 51% of members.
My message was simple:
๐ญ. ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐. Markets are opening โ the EU partnership agreement, China, the UAE โ but a market is only as good as what we can put into it. Transformation must be measured in the farmer's milk can and the farmer's pocket.
Feed is the biggest cost in dairy. Until we bring it down, gains from better genetics and better markets keep leaking away โ which is why County Aggregation and Industrial Parks matter, turning agro-processing by-products into affordable feed at scale.
Through the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, we are working with Agriculture and Livestock to put knowledge on feeds, genetics, milk quality and markets directly into farmers' hands. With AI, tailored to the individual farm โ not the general public. And with fibre to public institutions through Kenya Power, plus work with operators to close coverage gaps.
The society targets 6,000 litres a day. I challenged them to aim higher โ the credit, the genetics and the knowledge are all within reach.
It has to reach the household, the farm and every enterprise in between.
Congratulations to Chairman ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฏ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ and the entire membership.
Thank you to Dr. Patrick Ketiem (KALRO, and Patron of the society), Dr. Benadatte J. Misoi (@KAGRC_KE ), Dr. William Kimutai Maritim ( @KenyaDairyBoard), Mr. Philip Uluma, Dr. Nelson Tanui Maara, Mr. Kibet Kurgat and Director Andrew Kibet Komen for joining us.
