Local AI is my life. I want as many people possible to experience it, but it sure feels like consumers are being priced out from being able to run LLM at home. At least nothing above 9B or limited 27B model
Try putting together new PC part list for 64GB+ RAM and 24GB+ GPU, pretty sickening. Used isn’t much better either, which comes with its own challenges. There’s simply no economically sensible path available for running 27-100B+ class models, even with all the advancements made by unbelievably smart folks in the community
Whether it’s intensional or simple supply demand causing this, if I was big AI I’d do everything in my power to make sure general population doesn’t get to experience the magic of running their own private, uncensored, large context 100B+ model without going bankrupt.
If so, doing excellent job at it.

Running Riot
It is my Great Honor to endorse America First Patriot, Marty O'Donnell, who is running to represent the incredible people of Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District.
Marty is running against Susie Lee, a true Radical Left Extremist who does not represent the Values of Southern Nevada. Susie Lee wants Open Borders, Men playing in Women’s Sports, Transgender for Everyone, Defund the Police, and she wants to take away your Second Amendment, meaning, your guns. She voted AGAINST the Biggest Tax Cut in History (including NO TAX ON TIPS!), and fought ferociously to knock out Rural Healthcare, a big factor in Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District.
In contrast, Marty O’Donnell is a World Class Composer and Entrepreneur who knows the America First Policies required to Create GREAT Jobs, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote NO TAX ON TIPS, Advance MADE IN THE U.S.A., Unleash American Energy DOMINANCE, and Champion our Nation’s Golden Age. As your next Congressman, Marty will fight tirelessly to Keep our Border SECURE, Stop Migrant Crime, Ensure LAW AND ORDER, Strengthen our Brave Military/Veterans, and Protect our always under siege Second Amendment.
Marty O'Donnell has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be the next Representative from Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District. GET OUT AND VOTE FOR MARTY — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!

My next video has a lot of scrappy 3d work that's glitched into my glitch style. It's geniuely really cool, I hope I find the will to finish it.
My soul will miss the climb of learning a skill. I think we have to recapture it within new mediums that are still being discovered. I wonder what's next.

Genuinely what the fuck was 343 thinking ending support for infinite and releasing a remake with no multiplayer.

We intend for Halo 5: Reforged to not just be to add Halo 5 Xbox content. H5 Forge is free to download, which makes it perfect for people who just want to play Arena or Custom maps.
For those who cannot acquire a campaign dump, Halo 5: Reforged will still allow for MP gameplay.
Made a Spotify overlay for gaming, I needed it so bad for quick access. Works great for MOBAs like League.

LLMs are magical alien technologies we’ve managed to conjure up from a distillation of the internet. Even if progress completely stalls, we have years worth of value to harness from what we already have. In other words, these lego bricks still haven’t been put together in the most obvious combinations.
