"Government has broken the law on sewage, says watchdog."
Not 1 but 2 courts have told @Ofwat and @EnvAgency they were acting illegally and now the @OfficeforEP has joined that list.
How much long before we do the right thing and abolish both of them?

Guess what happens when you start claiming you’ve invented the magic money tree?
Yep your share price tanks.
But what will @ofwat do about any of it? Yep, nothing!

LEEDS WEATHER UPDATE 🚨
We can see an end in sight to the high winds. We definitely won't be opening the arena at 11am, but we are targeting as soon as possible after that and we will update you further. However, we have definitely lost the BBC Radio 1 stage today, and there will be no performances on it. We have also lost the Aux stage today, and there will be no performances on it. We remain hopeful that everything else will continue as planned and that we will still have an amazing weekend. Please await further information.

We’re delighted to be part of a diverse community in #rdguk and the UK on the whole. Any form of intolerance whether it’s based on skin colour, sex, where you happened to be born or any ism is frankly just silly.

We can’t stand by and say nothing.
These riots are a stain on our society and we stand in solidarity with anyone who is feeling threatened and scared by these awful scenes. Our doors are open to all, regardless of race.

With two new works by #Banksy popping up in south-west London this week, we walked down to check out Reading's very own piece by the world famous artist.
Inspired, we had a stroll around some of the other sculptures and curiosities that adorn the town.

After yesterday's sunshine today could seem a bit disappointing, with generally cloudy conditions throughout the day and perhaps even the odd light shower at times. Feeling a little cool, though not strictly cold, with a gentle north-easterly breeze and a high of 19 C.☁️☁️☁️^JB

The hidden cost of @Ofwat's incompetence.
Part of yesterday's price hikes, 60% for @SouthernWater customers, is to cover up 3 decades of Ofwat's utter inability to plan, strategise or regulate.
Why in God's name should customers pay for their failures?
