Same health and wellness podcast—just a refreshed look for 2026 🌿🌊
The past year was filled with extraordinary highs and unbelievable lows for Culture Apothecary. One year after rebranding, we surpassed 60+ million downloads, and overnight the show became one of the largest health podcasts in the world without losing an ounce of steam. To some, that may be the ultimate marker of success—but it was never mine. Numbers were never the goal. Fruit was.
After Charlie was murdered I knew it was more imperative than ever to carry on the mission to Make America Healthy Again with even greater urgency. In just one year, through the guidance of doctors, experts, pastors, and policy leaders on this show, millions of American families have been freed of chronic disease, cured infertility, reversed autoimmune conditions, healed their children’s eczema, overcome the shackles of antidepressants, lost weight, restored their marriages, and reclaimed their physical health.
Beyond the body, the transformation has reshaped homes and our culture. Families have returned to church, deepened their faith, embraced homeschooling, taught their children apologetics, supported local farmers, protested food dyes in our food system, and advanced state legislation banning ultra-processed foods from school lunches. We’ve seen parents mobilize for parental rights and healthy policy reforms at every level.
By the grace of God, we are doing exactly what we set out to do: heal a sick culture physically, emotionally, spiritually, and politically. This audience is unlike any other. You act. You organize. You vote. You influence.
I love this force of a community. One that refuses to take no for an answer and is committed to confronting what is making America sick. God bless you and your families, and thank you for continuing to make Culture Apothecary your favorite podcast in 2026 🤍
Love,
Alex

My name is Caleb Chilcutt.
I was chapter president for @TPUSAatUVU and witnessed the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025.
I’ve seen firsthand the violence from those who say they want to “kill all conservatives”. Do not sit this election out and hand them power.
Vote Republican. Do it for Charlie.

For example @epaleezeldin called @EPA's phthalates assessment "gold standard" science. It excluded >1,100 relevant health-effects studies, relied on a lit search not updated since 2019, and left out nearly all toxicology studies published since 2020, via @UCSF_PRHE prheucsf.blog/2025/11/05/prh…

Rob Sand says vaccines are about “choice.” But his record raises some serious questions.
If Sand is so concerned about protecting Iowans' medical choices, why did he fight for access to their private COVID medical records as State Auditor? And why is he STILL fighting for that access?
Meanwhile, Zach Lahn has made informed consent, parental rights, and health freedom central to his campaign. He believes medical decisions belong to individuals and families, not government bureaucrats.
We're confident Zach Lahn will win tomorrow and we want every Iowan to get out and vote for him! VOTE LIKE YOUR FREEDOM DEPENDS ON IT! (Because it does!)

Arizona is on the verge of a MAHA revolution.
Andy Biggs pledged to sign a sweeping ban on medical mandates if he’s elected Governor.
Including vaccines.
Send this to a friend in Arizona before Election Day.
“People need to understand the contrast … between me and the current Governor.”
Arizona’s state legislature already passed the Medical Freedom Act this year.
But Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed it.
Leah Wilson: “That Medical Freedom Act would have made it so that informed consent is the default standard.”
“No governor or school employer could force any medical decision upon any individual.”
Andy Biggs, the Republican nominee to become Arizona’s next governor, pledged to sign the Medical Freedom Act into law if he’s elected.
He has our full endorsement to become Arizona’s next Governor.
Our goal in the 2026 midterms is simple:
We are fighting to elect candidates who will work to outlaw medical mandates at the state level.
And our mission extends far beyond Arizona.

Hospitals have a responsibility to promote health in every part of patient care, including the food they serve. More than 250 hospitals are taking action to improve nutrition for their patients, staff, and communities.
I am calling on every hospital in America to join them, sign the pledge, and help make healthy food a standard part of health care.

“James [Talarico], he's not going middle.”
“He's [Talarico] definitely going to play the middle ground because he's in Texas. but he is a lot more progressive on it [abortion].”
“Don't put too much stock into border security comments…“He [Talarico] and I have spoken about these issues.”
“He [Talarico] probably said that to try to make himself appear more centrist. He's very liberal…but we've got to get elected, so we can do something.”

Five months after the 2023 East Palestine, Ohio train derailment, NIH-supported researchers collected urine samples from residents living within about one mile of the site to better understand their exposure to hazardous chemicals.
Nearly 75% of participants had detectable levels of a vinyl chloride metabolite. These findings can help researchers better understand potential implications for affected communities.

How incredible is it that we get to vote in the year America celebrates its 250th birthday?
250 years ago, our Founding Fathers had the courage and foresight to imagine a country where the people would have the power to shape their own future. They understood that a government accountable to its people, built on the principles of liberty and self-government, could give generations of Americans the opportunity to flourish.
This is your reminder that we live in the greatest country in the world. Not a perfect country, but the greatest. What a blessing it is to be alive during its 250th year, to call this country home, and to have the freedom and the right to vote.
Tomorrow is Election Day. Make our Founding Fathers proud by making sure you VOTE! 🇺🇸

BTW this is why early voting is stupid. We need an election DAY. Think about how many Michigan parents have already cast their ballot for this guy before seeing he's got the logic of a child groomer and wants their daughter to see some guy's crank in the jr high locker room.

Oh my word what a terrible answer.
"Your daughters are going to see male genitalia anyway, so who cares if they see it in their locker room." - LITERALLY Abdul's position.
.@AbdulElSayed says it’s ok for MEN to be in girl’s locker rooms.
Why?
“Well because they are going to find out about it on the internet anyway”
Completely unacceptable.

A plane tragically crashed earlier today, killing at least nine people. We've all seen the clips. None of those people were planning to die today. They were all making plans for tomorrow undoubtedly, but unfortunately, tomorrow never comes for more than 150,000 people every day. Nobody but God knows when our time is up, but every last one of us has an appointment with death. This is a very scary thought, but it doesn't have to be. Jesus Christ conquered sin and death on the cross, and through faith in Him and His resurrection, you can have your sins forgiven. Those in Christ no longer need to fear death, because death has lost its sting for believers. Heaven awaits all those who repent and trust in Christ. Put your faith in Christ today and be ready for death whenever your time comes.
