BREAKING: The High Court of Australia has granted One Nation leader Pauline Hanson leave to challenge the constitutional validity of the nation's racial discrimination laws, escalating her long running legal battle with Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi.
In 2022, Pakistani born Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi used the death of the Queen to trash Australia and the British Empire as a “racist empire built on stolen lives, land and wealth of colonised peoples”
Hanson, a constitutional monarchist who actually loves the country, fired back:
“Faruqi had taken citizenship, multiple homes, and a Senate seat off the back of this nation, so if she was that unhappy, she should pack your bags and piss off back to Pakistan”
The Federal Court called it a racist trope.
The High Court has now given Hanson leave to argue that sections 18B, 18C and 18D of the Racial Discrimination Act are constitutionally invalid because they chill the implied freedom of political communication.
This was never about race.
It was an Australian patriot pushing back against a migrant senator who benefited from this country then turned around and spat on it.
Australians must be free to defend their nation, their institutions, and their history without being dragged through the courts for “offending” someone.
18C has become a tool to silence political disagreement.
The High Court now has a chance to fix that.
Hanson is right, free speech isn’t optional in a democracy.

Four armed men broke into someone's home in Australia and held a gun to the head of a 4 month old baby in an effort to steal $500 in cash.
Two south-west Sydney men named Mohammad Al Tamimi and Ali Danesh have been charged while the other two attackers remain at large.
Imagine how little humanity you must have within you to be able to hold a gun to the head of a four month old baby child simply to steal $500 in cash.
For crimes like this I seriously want the reintroduction of the death penalty. If you are willing to shoot a 4 month old baby in the head to steal $500 in cash, you have plunged such sickening depths of inhumanity that you do not morally deserve to live.
