Yep, that was one of the 13 days. Six o’clock tipoff vs. Providence followed by 8:30 p.m. vs. Florida.
I’m trying to decide whether to attend a UofL men’s basketball game and UofL football game in different states on the same day for the first time in my life next weekend.
Louisville's 7:30 p.m. kickoff Nov. 7 at Georgia Tech prevents the Cards from having men's basketball and football playing at the same time. UofL hosts Morehead State in basketball at noon that day.
Other than a 20-minute overlap at the end of the 2022 Fenway Bowl, the two squads have played at the same time only twice, on Nov. 30, 2002, and Dec. 31, 2016.
Both teams have won on the same day 13 times, most recently Dec. 17, 2022.

I haven't looked at ticket prices for the Baylor game, but the historian in me thinks it's cool that Louisville will be playing in the same building where it played a game 95 years earlier. Louisville's never played two games at one venue that far apart before.
Louisville is 3-2 in Hinkle Fieldhouse, formerly known as Butler Fieldhouse. The Cards faced Butler there three times from 1931 to 1945 while the Bulldogs were coached by Tony Hinkle, for whom the building was renamed in 1966.
Got a time and place for a rematch with the Bears.
