AirPods 5 hit stores today. Over the next week, millions of people will make the exact same $129 mistake.
They will open the lid, tap "Connect", put them in their ears, and start playing music. Setup complete. They will never open the settings again.
They just bought the most advanced entry-level earbuds Apple has ever made—and they are going to use them exactly like the 2019 model.
Apple makes the setup frictionless, but they don't force you to actually configure the hardware. You are leaving 80% of the value inside the box.
It takes 60 seconds to fix this. Here are the 5 hidden AirPods 5 settings you need to change immediately: 🧵

People keep talking about this rule affecting Shai, but in the preseason he has shot
10/11 FG - 90.91% FG
6/7 2P - 85.71% 2P
4/4 3P- 100% 3p
109.1% EFG
107.0% TS%
1 total turnover
Everyone’s going to try and farm engagement by saying look at this, how is he going to survive it. But if this is what it looks like still then the league is still in trouble and what will they say… cause
But people aren’t realising, imagine not being able to push off on OKC’s defense to get an advantage. Like everyone talks about Shai but Shai isn’t the only one in the league who pushes off so when teams come to play OKC they’ll be dealing with an even tougher job on offense trying to go against OKC’s defense.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander called for an offensive foul on this play
Thoughts?
