That account blocked me and I don’t even know him. The day I saw it I blocked it back.
Now I’m seeing that he actually has a lot of Architects blocked so he’s indeed a scammer. He’s blocking professionals cos he knows they’ll cast him, he’s probably even stealing Architect’s works/renders amd posting them on his page to attract unsuspecting prospects. Please make sure you don’t let him go Scot free, I’m rooting for you.
I paid @NextGenConstrut, whom I met on Twitter, 144 million Naira to build a 5-bedroom duplex. Before construction, I paid him over 1 million Naira separately for the architectural and structural designs.
The original contract duration was 6 months, but they delayed the project significantly. Today, October 11th, they handed over the property in this state.
My lawyer has officially written to him twice after he kept demanding more money. We also hired an independent Quantity Surveyor to value everything on-site from start to finish—the total estimate came to 100 million Naira.
Despite having over 44 million Naira remaining in their possession, @NextGenConstrut handed over the unfinished project and refused to do the flooring, fence, or gate. To my greatest surprise, I logged online only to discover they have blocked me. The matter is currently in court.

I’ll never understand Nigerian businesses.
How do you block a client you’re running a service for.

The architecture community on Twitter has been calling out this account for years for lifting other people's work and posting it as their own without credit. We don't know the full story but this person blocks anyone who tries to call them out, and their integrity is questionable

Something strange happened to me in sports trading that I've never encountered before the past 2 days.
Frame 1: Total winnings was 30M, I cashed out 798k
Frame 2: Total winnings was 20M, I cashed out 400k
Frame 3: Total winnings was 2M, I cashed out 350k
Frame 4: Total winnings was 75M, I saw cash out of 45M(after Arsenal scored) but left it cause I already fvcked up cashing out other tickets that were riding to victories.
Now my question is; In Sports trading, is cashout an advantage or disadvantage???

After 18 years, it’s time to say goodbye to Chelsea. I arrived as a nine-year-old with a dream, and I leave as a man who’s lived that dream in ways I never imagined. This journey tested me, lifted me, and strengthened me. To every teammate, coach, staff member, and supporter, thank you for shaping me. I gave everything I had, and I’m proud of the person this club helped me become. To the young players: the path won’t always be smooth. But stay ready, stay positive, and keep your faith. God’s timing is always right. Thank you all, truly, with love and gratitude.

THE GOAT did it in 2018, I dare Messi to do the same.
