In the past, I've seen people driving $60K cars pull up to a a 7-11, pay for cookies, candy, and soda (this was before the govt imposed restrictins on what can be purchased on an EBT) with their EBT, then pull out a wad of $100 bills and use that cash to buy hundreds of scratch-off lottery tickets. Not to mention all the peope who sell their EBT money for .50 cash on the dollar. This fraud has been pervasive forever. Or people who would have more children just to get more EBT money.
