One day we’re gonna run into a kinda shitty but fun 85 win team in the World Series like the 2022 Phillies and you’ll all be sorry

The Cricket vs Baseball debate is HOT right now. As someone who loves and understands both sports here are my thoughts.

Baseball players learning from international cricketers. I enjoyed myself. Cricket is fun. Hitting is like fielding short hops on the infield except you’re trying to smash it instead of just catch it.

Not so hot take….They’d both suck when trying to convert Yeah they might run into one every once in awhile, but overall, they won’t be good Judge won’t be able to hit a short delivery at 150km, and Steve Smith wouldn’t be able to hit a 100mph fastball, or slider

Americans don't know this, but modern T20 cricket derives it's power hitting mechanics from baseball. Plus the ball being a full toss is considered a freebie in cricket. So yes, a cricketer who plays T20s will adapt and play Baseball better than vice versa.

Love the baseball vs. cricket debate I flew to Barbados last year with 2 weeks of practice and played locals in a beach tournament. Was electric. We hit tanks. Fun was had.
