#DezBryant says he's the "only one real victim here" after police held him at gunpoint in a Southlake parking lot Sunday with his daughters watching. Cops said callers reported a weapon but they didn't find a gun, and Dez got cited for assault by contact, not arrested. Dez says the 19 year old threatened to shoot him. The 19 year old told the NY Post it was Dez who said "I'ma shoot you." Somebody's lying 👀

A federal judge just threw out #RBX's lawsuit against #Spotify for good. RBX claimed Spotify turned a blind eye to bots inflating #Drake's numbers, saying a "non-trivial" chunk of his roughly 37 billion Spotify streams from 2022 to 2025 came from bot accounts. The court never found that any of those streams were fake. The judge said the claims were too vague and tossed the case with prejudice. Drake wasn't being sued either, and he's still one of the most streamed artists on Spotify 👀

Here's the judge explaining exactly what #ChrisBrown's sentence means. Eight months, suspended for 12 months, and he made it clear Breezy didn't get off easy: "Be in no doubt, however, a suspended sentence order is a custodial sentence." If he commits another offence during those 12 months, he gets brought back before the court and that sentence can be put into operation. On top of that, he and co-defendant #OmololuAkinlolu each have to pay £1,500 toward the prosecution's costs within one month 👀
