I don’t have a law degree but there are some points that need to be said:
👉No one voted to proscribe Palestine Action. It has no ‘democratic stamp’ to it.
👉The misuse of terrorism legislation by Yvette Cooper by lumping Palestine Action with real terrorist groups hoodwinked our MPs.
👉The proscription was made to appease Israel which is committing war crimes.
