James Gunn’s DCU has been here for almost half a decade, what grade would you give his universe so far?
“You Can See Everything” is on track to become one of the highest-grossing documentaries of all time. Here are four takeaways from its surprise success:
1) Restraint bolstered demand: A24 initially released the film in 855 theaters, expanding its footprint as word of mouth grew.
2) Secrecy dialed up anticipation: Nobody knew the Nathan Fielder doc existed until its surprise world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival in early September (nothing short of a miracle in Hollywood).
3) Word-of-mouth elevated ticket sales in the movie’s second weekend: 90% of initial ticket buyers said they would “definitely recommend” the film, while 80% said it was “even better than expected.”
4) Younger audiences are all in on A24: Roughly 70% of opening weekend ticket buyers were under 35; this year’s lineup of “The Drama,” “Backrooms” and “Primetime” also scored big among Gen Zers.

News Flash: Paid Off media sites for WB is out here saying that GayFace has made its budget back this weekend 🤣🤣🤣 that's hilarious when the total budget is $70-80 million. It would need $140-160 just to break even, so how did you all get this number? Don't you know how to math🤣🤣🤣
Don't even think that it's second week will somehow make $50 million plus because that will be wishful thinking. Anyway let the COPIUM begin the DCU is dead!
There is only one universe that is in high demand for a return, want to make some serious money @DavidEllison @ParamountPics

Warner Bros. Games & Paramount Games Studio 🎮
Skydance is transforming into a AAA video games publisher by combining Warner Bros. Games and Paramount Games Studio as it shifts Hollywood’s historical interactive strategy from passive licensing to active AAA game development and multi-platform publishing. Generating between $1.5 billion and $2.5 billion in annual revenue in strong years, the combined unit becomes the largest game publisher owned directly by a traditional film studio, placing it on par with mid-tier industry giants like Ubisoft.
The IP:
The flagship of Skydance’s portfolio is Hogwarts Legacy, the most successful title in both companies’ histories, which has sold over 40 million units and generated more than $1 billion in revenue. By claiming the #1 spot globally in its launch year, Hogwarts Legacy broke a nearly 15-year streak in which either Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto dominated the global sales charts.
