I don't get anything out o this but I'm told the new book on the right is the sequel to The Illusion of Life. My friends who worked at Disney from the 70's through the early 2000's have told me the new book captures what it was like working there well.

It sounds like both of these books bookend nearly 100 years of history at the Disney animation studio & you can contrast how it shifted.I've been told there's some revisionist history in the sequel but many of them are amazed in how candid it is on the negatives.
