Helicopters can land without an engine by auto-gyro but they need forward momentum. When the pilot didn't push forward to immediately to do that but was probably too low for it to work anyways.

Just wait til the assisted living fraud drops. This 5 bedroom house "assisted living facility" in Brooklyn Park billed DHS for $2.5 million the last 4 years.

The Somali fraud for assisted living facilities will be huge! There are 3 or 4 bedroom houses in the Minneapolis suburbs billing the state for millions of dollars per year.
