Straightforward. Apart from what I have said for a few years now and Andy Mitten's the latest to get it - Jesus Christ wouldn't win at MUFC, it's so dysfunctional - squad is not improved, it's unbalanced, No striker, same defence for years + don't have 7-10 days between games
Michael Carrick has attracted a lot of deserved sympathy but he has still not accounted for how an improved squad (Lost Casemiro, but gained Baleba, Tielemans, Santos and Rashford) has become so bad so quickly this season and fallen from 3rd to 16th

Ironically, and I said this 5 years ago, MUFC relegation might not be good for soccer or the EPL, but it would be great for the club itself.
Mate, it’s not a crime to care. I’m on the record as saying that Manchester United being relegated to the championship would not be good for football. Both Mary and Gary are fully behind me on that.

Why would they though? I mean, sticks and stones. They've heard lots worse. These aren't the type to decide, we've enough money made.
"Sell United and f*k off home" sing MUFC fans, the only good thing about the club right now. And it's right. The Glazers have made their money many times over for 21 years. Fans never wanted it and that takeover should never have been allowed. Do the right thing: sell up and go.

Really sad that analysts of this profile would come out with this guff. How much, would that #MUFC team that togged against Barca, beat the United team that togged out against Como. More than 4 zip, I can tell you that
People saying it’s Manchester United’s worst defeat in the Champions League since the 4-0 loss at Camp Nou in 1994. I was there for that and knew something was up when I saw Peter Schmeichel having a coffee in the press room an hour before kick-off. The 4-0 was bad but there were excuses, the 3+2 rule, Schmeichel sacrificed, and the quality of Barcelona – Romario, Stoichkov, Koeman, Guardiola. United's 4-1 loss to Como is worse. No excuses. No energy. Just a terrible performance, bordering on the spineless, summing up all the lack of leadership and responsibility-taking at the club. So much wrong about the club, from the Glazers with their debt, to the board and naïve recruitment. The team crying out for full-backs and a back-up striker and splurging money on midfielders, including a reserve from Chelsea and a player in Tielemans whose best years are behind him, who needs legs around him and whose main attraction was arguably his release clause. The dysfunctional, divided nature of the United family absolutely summed up by Bruno Fernandes during and after the game. A captain who failed to raise his own game or rally his players. A supposed leader who has now questioned his manager’s tactics. Michael Carrick's tactics and changes can certainly be questioned. He may eventually pay the price for the shambles in Como. It's cheaper than shipping out the under-performing players. But Carrick is not the real problem. He doubtless sees players who lack his passion for the shirt. He could be forgiven for looking at Wilcox and Berrada and thinking how badly he was let down in the summer transfer window. And he's on the brink. Manchester United may be ousting the one individual who cares most about the team and the club. Which sums up the total mess they are in. #MUFC

The same bull about United being peddled ahead of another match to justify another pile on, as if it were United 1998 and Como 1998. Como are big favourites. A draw with similar resolve to the weekend would be a great result

Gotta love the way things are shaped to heap the pressure on - Man United held to a draw. Whereas the actual reality is that it's a very good draw against Leeds in a game I could not see them winning and thought they would probably lose

One is a highly qualified coach with a stacked CV, appointed by an All-Ireland winning manager who helped change the game of football with new rules, the other has a podcast
I sat beside Lisa Fallon at a match when i worked in Newstalk. She was doing reports for TodayFM at the time I remember her because i found her clueless about football yet incredibly confident in her opinion

Henry de Bromhead is just brilliant at striking in the first part of the season and then the las. His numbers up to the end of October are unreal, every year. That's 50 winners for the season so far. He'll slumber from December on and then strike selectively from Cheltenham on
