As unpalatable as this season has been, just ugly football … UNLV’s fate is in their own hands for the MWC title game. BCS is always a pipe dream, though it may be a goal. The most realistic goal is the MWC title game. Still in play. I don’t have faith, but they’re in position.

Can’t complain too much. Neither was pretty, but both Vegas teams won tonight.

In previous years, you expect a whole lot of ugliness with game one. UNLV has had three exhibitions against quality teams. If Flagstaff U ever has a lead, it should be the first bucket after tipoff. And then they should trail the rest of the game. 3 assists

Does Gunther double as defensive coach for the basketballers? We can’t have our two major teams be this clueless.
