@LloydsBank my mum visited your Deal beach today and the service and they was she was treated was appalling. She had to go in as she is elderly and doesn’t use internet of phone banking and was made to feel very uncomfortable unlike the service from the nationwide.

Following government guidelines on Covid 19 We are now closed until further notice. As you know being at the station dealing with cash and social distancing is difficult. Thanks to all my customers for your support and understanding and will see you when this is over.

We have had to leave the station early this morning but will be back to normal tomorrow.
We were due to start our Saturday mornings at the station tomorrow but unfortunately with very strong winds forecast and weather warnings in place this will now be postponed until Saturday 9th November.
