ERA’s Lab Services Incentive Program (LSIP) is bigger and better than before.
We now offer $1.5M annually, until 2029, for a total of $4.5M. Projects can receive funding for up to 50% of costs, to a maximum of $50K.

Alberta’s Team Canada welding competitor, Lucas Stang from @RedDeerPolytech, is one step closer to WorldSkills Shanghai 2026! Lucas headed to Huntsville, Alabama, alongside Trainer Lee Yasinski and WorldSkills Canada Expert Ken Heather for an exciting training competition ahead of the 2026 WorldSkills competition.
The American Welding Society @WeldingCareers (AWS) / Lincoln Global Skills Challenge provided an incredible opportunity to test skills, build experience, and prepare for the pressure of the world stage. 🔥⚡
