Hey Coach hold me a spot....Ive always wanted to play Division I. I know a DI is going to offer me.
Me: But a DI haven't recruited you all year...... I'm confused – at Mesa, AZ
Red Devils Basketball Academy retweeted
Recruit: Can I play through my mistake?
Coach: Did your mistake occur trying to impact winning? Did your immediate response (getting back on D, keeping head high etc.) to that mistake attempt to impact winning?
If so, then you will have the opportunity to play through mistakes.

No grades.
No work ethic.
Skip practices and workouts.
Not coachable .
Not a great team mate .
Will get you a full ride to DCU.

Future recruits…if your parents are the ones contacting me about you its a 100% chance I’m not reading or responding to the email. I need to hear from YOU and why you want to be a Bearcat…just some small advice. Paws UP🐾

Do not lie about the level your being recruited at or make up schools interested or offered etc. It can be detrimental to your recruiting when it's not true. coaches and scouts/evaluators talk.

🚨 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETES HEAR ME OUT:
PLEASE STOP SHOWING UP TO COLLEGE CAMPUSES UNANNOUNCED THINKING THAT’S A PLAN FOR YOU TO JOIN THE TEAM! IT DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY, ESPECIALLY AT THE D1 LEVEL!
“WALK ON” SPOTS ARE RECRUITED FOR TOO!
Red Devils Basketball Academy retweeted
Recruits: If I'm recruiting you, I expect you to come in and compete from day 1. I don't recruit guys that are going to be career bench warmers.

I recommend that any recruit who wants to know about a coach, his style, and what he's like to play for ask the players he's coached before. Every coach should be willing to share that info. Open book.
