🚨 THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM HAS STARTED TO BREAK Something is going seriously wrong across the global economy, and the warning signs are everywhere. First, the bond market started showing cracks. US, Japan, France, and several other countries' long-term yields surged to multi-decade highs. Higher yields mean governments, businesses and households are paying more to borrow money. Then came another energy shock. Brent crude surged to a 5-month high, while natural gas prices in Europe and Asia reached their highest levels since the Russia-Ukraine war. And higher energy costs are pushing inflation back up. Eurozone inflation has already jumped to 3.8%, while US PPI and CPI are way higher than the Fed's 2% target. This is happening while housing markets are already struggling. China's property market continues to decline, while US housing affordability is now the worst since the Covid crisis. But that's not all. The damage is spreading to global financial markets. In this week alone, over $3 Trillion has been wiped out from stocks and precious metals. And behind all that, one thing is really surprising, which is Bitcoin's strength. Despite everything going wrong with the global markets, BTC has been the best performing asset since Q3.
