John McGinn speaking last night: "The players who have left have decided the opportunities they’ve had are probably better for them but there is nothing better than playing for Aston Villa in the Champions League." #AVFC
We'll never see her like again, a true original. Such a sad day 😢

Such sad news about Glen Hansard, a true titan of the music scene. Loved his passion, his voice, his songs, his acting, his approach. Here he is with Van's Astral Weeks, awesome 🎶

Congratulations to the players, staff and supporters of Aston Villa Football Club.
UEFA Cup Winners 2025-26
England's 4th club to win the European Champions Cup and UEFA Cup.
Saw him hold a 20,000+ festival field at Cropredy back in 2012, in the palm of his hand, when he played an hour long solo set. He was magnificent and ended with Sylvia's Mother, the whole crowd singing along. What a voice 🎶

Had a wonderful time at Pete Murray’s 100th birthday lunch today. Pete is a lovely man and one of my heroes who I used to work with on Radio One a few years ago now. Happy birthday Pete One
48 years ago we lost the most charismatic performer I've ever seen on a stage. Remember it like it was yesterday 😢
The best 😎 #MarcBolan

I bought this classic single 53 years ago, it sounds as fresh today as it did back then. What a riff, what a song, what a record!
Released September 8th 1972.

Thank you all for this unforgettable weekend, what a privilege to play our very last Sabbath show at Villa Park. So many brilliant bands and the most loyal fans I could ever wish for. This chapter’s done, but the story’s far from over! 🤘 - Tony
