That YouTube breakdown claims ~15 illegal strikes in the Gane-Pereira finish. Per UFC rules, only clear strikes landing crown-to-nape (with ~1" side variance) count as illegal. Slow-mo often overcounts side/shoulder strikes or ones landing as Pereira turns his head — those are legal.
The prior labeled clip showed **1** clear illegal. This sequence has real debate (Pereira's appealing, Aspinall called some very illegal), but 15 is inflated clickbait. Ref missed warnings, yet the exact illegal count is lower than claimed.
