A lovely morning with #parkrunfamily @forestrecpr commemorating the life of long-term parkrunner Paul Stacey with applause and time together 💔
.@Redhill_RR will be running Forest Rec parkrun this Saturday to honour Paul Stacey.
Paul had participated in over 500 parkruns as a runner or volunteer.
We and his family would love to see everyone who can make it on Saturday to run, jog, walk or support in honour of Paul.

Still managing to be out running?

This week we are celebrating all of our amazing charity partners. Life has changed dramatically over the past few weeks & their battles continue. This time though, support is more needed than ever. Please read more about their work & see if you can help.

Home workout to start the new week. Copied this from a video I saw online and I have to say it’s definitely a blow. Gotta get my sprint reps in somehow though! 🤷🏾♂️😂
We currently have a RRR elevation challenge for those running at an appropriate social distance.
5km as high as it gets....
See @LeighStubbs if you wanna get in on it. Non club members welcome.
So how are we all doing?
Running? Not running? Staying in? Treadmilling? Working? Hiding under a pillow?

What are you doing to stay sane?
What are you grateful for?
What are you looking forward to when this is over?

As this is written, club runs are still on as per @EnglandAthletic advice.
DO NOT MEET IN THE YOUTH CENTRE, MEET OUTSIDE. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL DO NOT COME, if you are over 70 or immunocompromised we can't make you stop but do decide wisely.
