I swore missing1/2 cup of whipping cream wont hurt. NOPE!WrONG!Learned the importance of whipping cream & Most importantly Follow DIRECTIONS

2nd round of making fudge.SWORE I knew what I was doin though Its short 1/2 cup of whipping cream.Thought it wouldnt make a diff.I was wrong

Told my mom I needed a thermometer to make fudge.She thought I was crazy. Shes so #OldSchool I almost thought of winging it. lol but didn't.

As if having the incorrect thermometer was bad.Top if off I dropped it into the HOT boiling fudge. #WannaBeMarthaStewart Ha!

My adventures in making homemade Fudge.I had 2 buy a thermometer. Note to self.l:make sure it goes up to 237.It went up to 220 I had 2 guess
