My friend has released his offline patch for Pokémon Bank! It can download the Pokémon you currently have stored online as a backup, move Pokémon in and out of 3DS titles, and has a fully offline version of Poké Transporter! Wokann has even implemented the old Pokémon Bank mystery gifts & the option to transfer VC Pokémon using the old random genders of version 1.2! This is a clean way to keep the functionality of gen 6 & 7 going for years to come!
