EXCLUSIVE: New figures have revealed the impact of a Scottish Government care worker scheme launched in response to Labour's visa crackdown, with almost 20,000 additional monthly social care hours estimated to have been added across Scotland 👇
Methinks the narrative of the mid terms will turn dramatically in favour of a trump turnaround because the war hasnt happened yet as some ducks arent aligned

Of course the official concerned is NOT a “Holyrood Official” ( the legislature) but instead is the Permanent Secretary of the executive branch of government - a “ St Andrews House official”. I have scolded @KennyFarq about this and the editor (not Kenny’s fault) but they still fail to understand the basic architecture of government in Scotland.

6000 miles of Scotland's North Sea were secretly claimed by Westminster in 1999. Unionists often deny this, so I have included the legislation. Every Scot should RT this to reveal the truth about Westminster's underhand tactics to stop independence.

In a fast-moving world, Scotland cannot afford to stand still. I make no apology for building relationships, attracting more investment and creating more opportunities.
That's exactly what my visit to India was about. My reflections in @TheScotsman:

Earlier this week I spoke during the Scottish Parliament debate on Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of Black History Month in Scotland. It had been my intention to listen and not take part but after an MSP brought up some deeply offensive opinions I felt I had to speak out.
Given our different climate and tempratures Scotland will be worse off. This also has not impact on zonal pricing for connecting energy production to the grid where we contribute massively at cost versus being paid for production. #indy
Today's Poll: Do you support scrapping the gas Standing Charge, so the cost's shifted to increase the price of each unit of energy used?
Net result: Lower users pay less, higher more
[I did similar poll 3wks ago. Interesting to see if result changes now its to happening]

I have been detained by Israeli security forces all day. Along with with MPs @labourlewis, @larabirdsnp, MSP Kate Nevans, former MP @SamTarry and campaigners from across the world, we were turned back because they don’t want anyone seeing their ethnic cleansing.
Here is the same teary Largs shop owner who was being comforted by @stvnews @vanessataaffe today, not looking so teary when she’s grinning with her Tory branch manager👇
The very same afternoon.
She is a Tory activist and candidate.
Replying to @STVNews
Yes @vanessataaffe on STV News tonight really did say to Stephen Flynn ‘you blocked over the drains, do you take any responsibility for the flooding’.
What an embarrassment for @WeAreSTV

Today I was denied entry into the West Bank, alongside other parliamentary colleagues from across Europe as part of a @ProgIntl delegation.
We were held for 8 hours, interrogated and ultimately prevented from crossing the border.
I came to stand alongside Palestinians being attacked for harvesting olives on their own land. Instead, we were turned away, with no reason given.
More than ever, Palestinians are being subject to terror and violence by the IDF and illegal settlers. Increased blockades, demolitions and unthinkable violence have become the norm for Palestinians in the West Bank.
It is more important now than ever that we bear witness and show our solidarity.
But we were prevented from doing so.
I will continue to do everything I can to apply pressure on the Netanyahu government, and those responsible for the persecution and genocide of the Palestinian people.

From high office to sad bitterness, no idea what new cause means. There is only the independence cause until it is realised. A cause I have been aligned with since I read history as a child & taking part in election campaigns since 1977.
I have no idea what this means "new cause". There is only one cause #indy i am learning about ai and trolls through experience
Interesting question, @NicolaSturgeon is no longer directly involved, similar to @KennyMacAskill therefore their opinions have the same weighting. That leaves current policy makers to direct direction of travel

The new gas field isn’t going to bring down your bills.
Gas is bought & sold globally, so the reality is, fossil fuels controlled by dictators have Britain in a chokehold til we fully embrace gas-free driving & heating and cut the link between electricity and gas.
BUT, fwiw, getting gas locally is still the right move while we’re transitioning off it. It’s a bit cleaner and brings jobs and tax revenue to Britain.
