If this person has a fistula from a reproductive track to the colon- they have more problems than sexual identity! Poop goes both ways without calves, which a fistula certainly would have none of. That would cause a massive infection from fecal matter trapped in another part of the body. Seen several of these surgeries and they are really sick patients (as in septic).
As we get closer to our nations birthday, I reflect on the state of the country. We have proven that the vast majority of Americans are fun loving, generous, proud, patriotic, happy people. In the typical American perspective, I have to wonder what we would be had we stayed true to the American ideals we were founded on. What could we have accomplished without corruption, greed by our politicians, underhanded deals by the CIA, meddling in other countries’ affairs? I believe Minimalist federal government and Benjamin Franklin’s “mind your business” would have brought more together than the current division we see. Just food for thought.
I have visited Russia. It is an amazing country. I had some of the most amazing meals there. I even got to cook a Cajun meal for some dear friends in their kitchen. Russian dishes are served in the home, not in restaurants (and I am eternally grateful for the families that let me eat with them). Thus, I would LOVE some real Russian recipes. I have read recipes in cookbooks and online, but I want tried and true authentic recipes.
The naysayers in congress cite their reasoning for not supporting the save act is that it makes the paperwork too burdensome. However, we are supposed to be able to understand and uphold the tax code? I believe this makes an excellent precedent for not filing taxes. If the proof is difficult, we just ignore it.

Mosques turned up outdoor loudspeakers for the Adhan, citing “upgrades.”
Early-dawn calls. Loud enough to wake entire neighborhoods. Non-Muslim residents report chronic sleep disruption.
Citizens filed petitions, asked the city to enforce basic noise laws.
At a December 2025 city council meeting, resident Andrea Unger tried to demonstrate the noise by playing the Adhan on her phone.
She was immediately shut down: “No props allowed.”
Freedom of religion? Absolutely.
But freedom doesn’t mean exemption from the rules that apply to everyone else.
And anyone who complains is immediately labeled “Islamophobic.”

We’ve now found out judges are NOT above the law. I can’t wait until we find out Congressmen, bureaucrats, lobbyists and three letter agencies aren’t above the law as well!
