How was he cleared to play and travel to London? This is highly concerning. New reports are saying Hurts already has some blood clots in his lungs. Eagles Organization, Doctors, and NFL have to answer for this. Pulmonary Embolisms are incredibly dangerous, sudden and deadly. Praying for Jalen and his recovery. 🙏🏻

On the advice of doctors, Jalen Hurts was advised not to sleep before playing in London, due to the blood clot in his leg. Hurts was reportedly awake for 36 hours before the Week 5 game against the Jaguars. nbcsports.com/nfl/profootbal…

Report: On doctors' advice, Jalen Hurts played in London after being awake for 36 hours

The Jalen Hurts blood clot story keeps getting weirder.

John Hussey was a little sassy yesterday in Philadelphia. Lot of flags and there was something extra on that two handed shovel and second announcement. Just a strange start to this year all around for officiating.

This is obviously beyond football. Hope Jalen is ok and makes a full recovery even if it means he doesn’t play football for a while or again. Won a Super Bowl and National Championship. Great leader and a lot to be proud of. Blood clots, especially near or in the lungs are incredibly serious and dangerous. Will say a prayer for Jalen’s full and speedy recovery today. 🙏🏻 👍🏻

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is expected to be sidelined for multiple months after new imaging over the weekend found several blood clots in his lungs. Hurts is now on blood thinners and should have no long-term effects. But it’s unlikely he plays again this season.

We conclude @SNFonNBC with 22 accepted penalties for 204 total penalty yards enforced by Craig Wrolstad’s crew. This was not the high mark of the day. That distinction belonged to John Hussey and crew who enforced 24 total accepted penalties for 233 total penalty yards in Philadelphia this afternoon. Flag fest in the NFL these days

People are noticing and not happy. It’s unwatchable right now in my opinion

At the end of the day, like it or not, the NFL is an entertainment business. What I see weekly is not entertaining. 20+ flags and 200 penalty yards is not entertaining. Nullifying touchdowns is not entertaining. The start to the 2026 NFL Season is how you turn fans and casuals away. It’s hard to watch. All my opinions.

The Officiating in the NFL right now is really struggling. It’s unfortunately impacting games and really making most of these games unwatchable in my opinion.

I just see it differently. I see a cheek which equals 2 feet. Crew has been a little choppy tonight. Hasn’t been a clean game

The worst fake punt or FG I’ve ever seen was the Colts one on SNF against the Patriots with only the 1 player under Center. This is up there with that. Not quite but sending a kicker in motion and then doing a jump pass with the holder for an Interception. This was…. something!

I don’t like this extra 15 yards for a personal foul. That just doesn’t seem like forceable contact. Puts Arizona into FG range

WOW... Rams get called for a personal foul for hitting a defenseless receiver... he barely touched him but the refs added 15 yards to the end of this play for that

What a kick. Makes the “thick kicker” from Monday Night look even worse. What a moment for Evans. Pressure kick and just nailed kickoff too. Awesome 👍🏻

Chiefs 19, Chargers 3 at the half ... • Yards: Chiefs 268, Chargers 103 • First downs: Chiefs 14, Chargers 7. • Yards/play: Chiefs 8.6, Chargers 3.7. LA staring at 0-6 with the bye coming.
