A judge allowed a 14yr old who stabbed a girl 10 times to walk free from court after telling him prison was the 'last place' for a 'bright lad' like him. He stabbed her in a shop in Gloucestershire on March 15th after he asked her out on a date and she said no. Mental.

No, the only two Sheriffs out of 27 counties in the district who endorsed you are the only two who approved Flock cameras for use, and they know you approve of government surveillance. Also once again, your ad is a big, fat lie. Easily disprovable, which I’ll do again:

Oregon is a dying state after almost 40yrs straight of Dem governance. Yet many are fighting for keeping the same failing policies & continuing the decline. What have we got to lose with a Rep governor… she can’t do any worse.
🚨HOLY SMOKES! Oregon's unemployment rate tied for HIGHEST in the nation under Tina Kotek. After 40 years of Democrat rule, it's time for change! Vote Christine Drazan.

Truth.
3 facts for your timeline on this beautiful Wednesday 1. The United States is a Constitutional Republic. 2. The United States is not a Democracy. 3. Also, you cannot have "democracy" and "socialism" at the same time.

Sure: Equating "The court found him Liable for SA" with "The court found that he had committed a crime." Here is the list of your fallacies; I'll note that these are common ones I encounter with women like you: ~False equivalence (civil liability ≠ criminal guilt) Treating a civil finding of “liable” as identical to a criminal finding that someone “committed a crime.” ~Equivocation on “found” Using “found” as if a civil jury’s determination of liability is the same kind of official determination as a criminal court “finding” someone guilty of an offense. ~ Equivocation/redefinition of “committed” Stretching “committed” beyond its ordinary and legal sense of performing a criminal act. A civil jury concluding that a defendant more likely than not caused harm or breached a duty is not a determination that the person “committed” a crime. ~ Equivocation/redefinition of “crime” Civil liability for damages is not a crime, even if the underlying conduct might also be chargeable as one in a separate criminal case. ~Category error (civil vs. criminal) Conflating two distinct legal categories. ~Treating jurors’ opinions as formal legal findings of crime Presenting a civil jury’s verdict (or individual jurors’ views) as if it constitutes an official judicial or prosecutorial determination that a crime was committed. ~False authority / over-reliance on the jury as conclusive Treating the civil jury as the final arbiter of whether a “crime” occurred, while ignoring that the proceeding was not a criminal trial, that the burden of proof was lower, and that no criminal statute was adjudicated in that case. ~Semantic sleight-of-hand / loaded language Deliberately choosing “found…committed a crime” phrasing to import the moral and legal weight of criminal conviction into a civil outcome. This relies on ordinary-language connotations of those words rather than their precise legal meanings in the actual proceeding. ~Equivocation / having it both ways Using the phrasing “the court found he committed the crime” while simultaneously denying that one is asserting criminal guilt. The words “found,” “committed,” and “crime” are the standard vocabulary of criminal adjudication; deploying them and then disclaiming their ordinary meaning is a classic equivocation. ~Motte-and-bailey Retreating, when challenged, to the narrow claim “I only meant the civil verdict” (the motte) while the original statement used language that strongly implies a criminal finding (the bailey). The disclaimer does not erase the force of the wording that was actually used. ~Special pleading / selective precision Insisting on the technical distinction between civil liability and criminal guilt only when it is convenient to defend one’s own language, while having chosen the most criminal-sounding formulation available. Precision is demanded of me, but not of your own wording. ~Rhetorical distancing while retaining the implication Adding a parenthetical denial (“I’m not saying it’s criminal guilt”) does not invalidate the plain meaning of the sentence. ~Persuasive definition / loaded language with a disclaimer Selecting terms with criminal definitions, then adding a qualifier most audiences will ignore or forget. The effect is still to import the stigma and finality of a criminal finding into a civil outcome.

Here's a bit of trivia info: @DataRepublican and @DataInterpretr have worked together for years. When my daughter is required to present or be interviewed, they spend quite a bit of time preparing and going over notes together to make sure they get it exactly right. Years ago, when Jennica went to work for Snapchat, they started providing interpreters for her at meetings and such. Just about every interpreter refused to return because the language that they were required to interpret was so technical and unfamiliar. BUT, @DataInterpretr, hung in there. She found it fascinating and was willing to put in extra effort to learn the vocabulary. In fact, the two of them invented signs for some of the "tech" terms that have become mainstream in the deaf community today. And the bonus is that they are great friends in real life. It's truly a God thing that they found each other. I couldn't be more proud of them both.

So why’d you vote against a bill that would’ve banned it?
It should be illegal for the President, VP, and lawmakers in Congress to own, buy, and sell individual stocks.

🚨 HOLY HELL Minnesota is way DARKER than anyone thought. A Somali refugee just blew the entire welfare racket wide open. He says they TOLD him to refuse assimilation and jump straight onto Section 8 and government benefits. That’s the “system.” “I was told to go find discounted housing, get on Section 8, sign up for community benefits.” And when he suggested actually integrating? His own community ATTACKED him. “The community treated welfare like a way of life. I said we can do better. They said no.” He came here at 29, fully aware of what he escaped in Somalia. And even HE is shocked at the fraud and rot in Minnesota. Massive respect to Abdi Iftin for exposing what Democrats desperately try to hide.

Years ago, I was extremely naive about what Antifa were before being nearly killed by them. Today, I see people have the same ignorance about the radical trans agenda, which also seeks to destroy rights through the use of violence and intimidation disguised as a civil rights movement. I write about this in my new book. amazon.com/Zizians-Inside-Tr…

NEW: AFT openly embracing Sharia Law! Self-hating Jew Randi Weingarten @rweingarten, who also happens to be President of the American Federation of Teachers, posted a video endorsing Abdul El-Sayed @AbdulElSayed, speaking as a “proud Jew.” In the video, Weingarten, who is also a lesbian, stated: “I’m Randi Weingarten, president of the AFT, but today I want to talk as a proud Jew, someone who happens to be married to a rabbi, and I want to talk about why we are supporting our endorsed candidate for Michigan Senate, Abdul El-Sayed.” Oddly, Randi then stated any attacks against Abdul are rooted in antisemitism and Islamophobia: “And I’ve watched the other side use Islamophobia and antisemitism to create fear in a place that there should not be fear. It’s ugly, and it shouldn’t be ugly.” Over the weekend, Weingarten appeared at an event starring Abdul El-Sayed and jihadist pro-Hamas Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib @RashidaTlaib. It seems the lady in charge of your kids’ teachers’ union wants your children to learn about and embrace Sharia law. Very disturbing how the head of the largest teachers’ union in America is using her platform to help a Jew hating, Sharia adherent Muslim Brotherhood operative get elected to the US Senate. Your kids are not safe in public school. The Islamic takeover of America continues and it’s a war on the minds of your children.

The Cook County "assault weapons" ban case is INSANE. State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke will argue in court with a straight face that the gun ban "passes constitutional muster" even if AR-15s are covered by the Second Amendment. “But the Constitution generally leaves it to elected representatives to decide when enjoyable but dangerous products may be sold to the public. And the Second Amendment does not dictate otherwise for a militaristic weapon that is excessively dangerous and ill-suited for self-defense or hunting.” Please someone explain how you can interpret "shall not be infringed" as it's up to the government to decide which firearms Americans may own. news.wttw.com/2026/10/22/sta…
