For one night at Rhythm, we turned a stablecoin into the currency of the room.
We proved stablecoins can move from wallets into everyday culture, using IRL check-ins powered by @privy_io embedded wallets, and paid for drinks using @TetraDigitalGrp $CADD stablecoins running on @tempo
86% of everyone who checked in bought a drink with it.

What a memorable night at Rhythm in Toronto 🇨🇦
FLOW w/ @tempo & @TetraDigitalGrp was a House music affair with House of Lords behind the decks spinning their signature deep sound 🥁
Guests paid for drinks at the bar with stablecoins all night long, made possible by CADD through Tempo x IRL.
A special thank you to co-hosts: @FireblocksHQ, @FlexSuperApp, @cyclesmoney, @galaxyhq
The reason this worked is the room.
Rhythm is one of Toronto's best independent spaces and part of the IRL Venue Network. Nobody came for a payments demo, they came for the music (House of Lords on decks!) and bought a drink.
21 events, 14 cities, and this is the first one where the bar ran on stablecoins.

La Cale, Rabat 🇲🇦 is a club built inside a wooden dhow moored on the Bouregreg River. The name, ‘La Cale’ means the hull of a boat and that’s exactly where you end up.
It opened to give Rabat a room for alternative music that is safe, comfortable and free from judgment, where house and disco sit next to deep tech, minimal, amapiano and afrohouse. The wooden hull does half the acoustic work. A fine-tuned system and rebuilt lighting do the rest.
