Still confusing NIL and Revenue Sharing. There’s no cap on what an athlete can earn off their name, image and likeness. That requires a little more work from the representatives. Anyone (agents and managers) can catch fish in a fish tank. The ocean is tough and requires skills. Athletes should be using this opportunity to up skill, learn the game, understand their value to the market in sport and out of sport. They should be learning investing (not spending), hiring, contracting, and operations. Most arguments have been centered around who can speak for the athlete. Who gets to reap the benefits and gets the accolades to win from the ignorance of the athlete.

Sometimes God does not immediately place you where the problem is. He places you where the authority necessary to solve the problem resides. Don’t mistake where you are for where you’re going. Learn why you’ve been positioned there.

Trusting the process requires a level of humility, when it’s not your created process! Leaders are strong followers.

Control what you can control. Believe that the rest will be handled. He has never left your side, why fear now?
