It was great to be in New Haven this morning to celebrate $675,000 in federal dollars coming to the LaRue County Water District to replace outdated pipes in the City of New Haven.
I was proud to secure this funding as part of the 2026 appropriations process and I am excited to see work begin on this project that will improve water infrastructure across the city!

Every penny lost to fraud is one less that can benefit Americans in need.
@HouseCommerce Republicans are taking action to stop health care fraud and protect vulnerable Americans so they can access the benefits they deserve.

If so, I’m calling on you to join me in taking the pledge to protect Americans from fraudsters, by doing everything in your power to ensure that:
1. Vulnerable Americans, such as the elderly, indigent, and disabled, are protected from fraudsters who seek to prey on them.
2. Taxpayer-funded programs serve law-abiding Americans, not illegal aliens or fraudsters.
3. Taxpayer-funded benefits are not used by fraudsters to buy mansions or luxury cars.
4. Public agencies and officials work tirelessly and aggressively, coordinating at all levels of government, to stop fraud before payments go out the door.
5. Fraudsters face justice for their crimes in a court of law. Convicted fraudsters will be imprisoned and barred from ever receiving another penny of taxpayer dollars.
6. Illegal alien fraudsters are promptly arrested, prosecuted, imprisoned, and deported, never able to take advantage of Americans’ generosity again.
Like so many Americans, I have been outraged by fraud schemes enabled by the failed policies of the Biden-Harris administration.
I am proud to sign @VP's "Pledge to Protect Americans from Fraud" and look forward to continuing to work alongside my @HouseCommerce colleagues to advance our legislative package to root out fraud from Medicare and Medicaid.
The @HouseGOP will continue our efforts to stop the pervasive fraud in federal health programs and protect benefits for those who need them most.
Earlier today, Team Guthrie attended the swearing-in ceremony for Butler County native Dillon Bryant as he officially became the USDA Rural Development Deputy State Director for Kentucky!

I enjoyed having the opportunity to tour the Robert E. Spiller Veterans Center in Bowling Green ahead of its recent ribbon-cutting. This newly opened skilled nursing facility will provide access to a variety of care to help our Kentucky veterans age gracefully. Excited to see this center support our veterans well into the future.

I was proud to lead my colleagues in filing an amicus brief in support of the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s lawsuit to vacate the Biden-Harris Administration’s PM2.5 NAAQS finalized rule on Friday.
If implemented, this rule would devastate American manufacturing and energy, and stifle American innovation. I am hopeful the Supreme Court will grant the petitioning states a Writ of Certiorari and that the petitioning states will ultimately prevail in court.
