Praying for my colleague @RepKeithSelf and his family. Keith has been a strong voice against radical Islam and Sharia law in America, and this is a sobering reminder that the threat is real and it's already on our soil. We cannot afford to look the other way.
Thank you to the FBI and our law enforcement officers for their vigilance.
I am grateful to the FBI and law enforcement for stopping this threat. My family and I are safe, and I remain focused on serving the people of Texas’ 3rd District.
Preserving our constitutional republic from radical Islam means accepting the costs that come with it—name-calling, threats, and worse.
Our Founders believed this country was worth the sacrifice. I served 25 years in the military because defending freedom was worth the sacrifice. This only strengthens my resolve. I will not back down. wfaa.com/article/news/crime/…

17 straight months of ZERO releases at the border!
But we can’t take this progress for granted. As @POTUS has pointed out, France is a warning of what happens when a nation fails to control illegal immigration and enforce its laws.
America must not repeat that mistake.

🚨 Democrats deliberately allowed foreign nationals to flood our country and stay without proper vetting for years while American communities paid the price.
Thanks to Republican leadership, those days are OVER.
We are once again a nation of law and order, and the safety of Americans comes FIRST.
Washington has banned home distilling since 1868. Now the Supreme Court is taking a look.
Congress doesn't have to wait on the courts. My Freedom to Home Distill Act ends the ban on home distilling for personal use.
It's that simple!

It is abundantly clear that @POTUS, @FLOTUS, and @SecKennedy have made women’s health a priority at the highest levels. Today’s executive order is yet another game changer for making care more accessible and affordable for women at every stage of life!

Despite our historically razor-thin majority and Democrats shutting down the government for 120 days, House Republicans have delivered common sense wins for the American people:
✅ $4.6 trillion in tax cuts — the largest middle & working class tax cut in history
✅ $1.6 trillion reduction in wasteful government spending and fraud
✅ Trump Accounts for children to start their American Dream
✅ First nationwide school choice program
✅ Lower prescription drug prices
✅ Crime is down to historic lows
✅ Secured border
**Reminder: Democrats voted against all of it and want to reopen the border, eliminate fossil fuels, and raise your taxes!
Glad to see @SecKennedy make nutrition and healthy living part of everyday care at community health centers. It’s exactly what my Nutrition Education and Chronic Disease Prevention in Community Health Centers Act is all about!

So many great things happening at @HRSAgov!
Good nutrition is good medicine. This new program brings health care providers, community groups, and local food systems together to help expecting and new moms eat healthier, and give their babies the strongest start possible.
Good nutrition is foundational to good health. HRSA announced $12.7M in new Maternal Produce Prescription Program awards to help pregnant and postpartum women and their families access fresh produce and nutrition education.

Three years ago today, radical Hamas terrorists took 1,200 innocent lives in Israel, including 49 Americans, and dragged 251 hostages into Gaza. The atrocities committed by Hamas were unthinkable.
We will never forget the victims, the families who lost loved ones, or the brave men and women who answered evil with courage.
October 7th reminds us that peace is only secured through strength, and America must never waver.
