After several community complaints, it became very clear:
Our objective was to disrupt and dismantle an unlawful cache of fireworks and narcotics threatening the quality of life in the Bronx community.
And we did just that.
Under the direction of @NYCMayor Adams, @NYCSheriff executed a search warrant — meticulously planned, flawlessly executed, and backed by actionable intelligence.
Disturbingly, some of the narcotics were disguised in candy-like packaging — clearly designed to appeal to children.
If you’re endangering New Yorkers, we will find you. We will shut you down. Rapidly. Relentlessly. Without hesitation.
