हमारा दोस्त देवपालिक अब हमारे बीच नहीं रहा। झारखंड के मुरी के पास, जंगल के इलाके से उसका शव बरामद हुआ है। चलती ट्रेन से लापता हुआ था देव, पैंट्री वालों को भी कुछ नहीं मालूम। ट्रेन से उतरा नहीं वो RPF ने कहा। उसकी बॉडी फ़ॉरेस्ट डिपार्टमेंट की तलाश में मिली है। तो उसके साथ हुआ क्या, किसने किया, ये बताओ हमें।

IIMC में देव हमारे साथ पढ़ा है। दोस्त बता रहे हैं कि वो कल दोपहर 3 बजे से लापता है। वो मुरी स्टेशन से पहले पैंट्री में खाना ऑर्डर करने गया था और उसके बाद से उससे कोई संपर्क नहीं हो पाया है।

Mr. Gupta was travelling back to Patna from Ranchi by a train with his two friends. His body, which was located near a railway track, has been identified by his brother.

I as Health Minister tried to bring a Health Act to cap prices in Private Hospitals. Obviously, the Private Hospital lobby did not want that law and therefore Health Secreatary also opposed it tooth & nail.
Unfortunately, Hon’ble HC Judge took side of Health Secretary & it indirectly helped the Pvt Hospital lobby. I told Hon’ble Court about it. But he did not listen. Instead he threatened to send me to jail. 😀

An information which may be very disturbing to everyone. A medical distributor of a particular injection which is used in chemotherapy, his wife was suffering from cancer. She was taking treatment in a very renowned hospital. We will not take the name of the hospital. पत्रकारों के साथ बदसलूकी और हिंसा आखिर कब तक? क्या कानून के रखवालों को कानून का सम्मान करना याद नहीं रहा?
देश में पत्रकारिता का स्तर क्या रह गया है, यह तो हालात और इंडेक्स की चर्चाओं से समझा जा सकता है, लेकिन पत्रकारों के साथ जिस तरह का व्यवहार हो रहा है, वह उससे भी कहीं अधिक गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है।
दिल्ली में पत्रकारों के साथ हुई हिंसा और उनके काम करने के अधिकार पर उठे सवालों के बाद आज जयपुर में कांग्रेस के विरोध-प्रदर्शन को कवर करते हुए मेरे साथ सिविल ड्रेस में मौजूद एक पुलिसकर्मी ने जिस तरह बदतमीजी की, वह बेहद चिंताजनक है।
सवाल सीधा है - जब लोकतंत्र के चौथे स्तंभ से जुड़े पत्रकार ही सुरक्षित नहीं हैं, तो आम नागरिक अपने अधिकारों की उम्मीद किससे करे?
पत्रकार का काम सवाल पूछना, घटनाओं को दर्ज करना और जनता तक सच्चाई पहुँचाना है। किसी विरोध-प्रदर्शन को कवर करना कोई अपराध नहीं है। अगर किसी पत्रकार से कोई शिकायत है, तो उसका समाधान कानून और निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत होना चाहिए, न कि बदसलूकी और दबाव के जरिए।
वर्दी हो या सिविल ड्रेस, कानून के अधिकार किसी को भी मनमानी करने का लाइसेंस नहीं देते। पुलिस की जिम्मेदारी कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखना है, न कि पत्रकारों को डराना या उनके सम्मान को ठेस पहुँचाना।
आज जयपुर की इस घटना ने एक बार फिर यह सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है कि क्या कानून का इकबाल कायम है, या कानून के रखवाले ही उसकी मर्यादा भूलते जा रहे हैं?
मैं पत्रकार हूँ, सवाल पूछना और सच को सामने लाना मेरा काम है। किसी के दबाव में आकर अपने कर्तव्य से पीछे हटना मेरी फितरत नहीं है।
पत्रकारिता न झुकेगी, न डरेगी और न ही सवाल पूछना बंद करेगी।

सवाल ये है कि क्या टाइगर श्रॉफ पर फायरिंग वाक़ई में लॉरेंस बिश्नोई ने करवाई?
लॉरेंस बिश्नोई high security वाली साबरमती जेल में बंद है. क्या लॉरेंस जेल में बैठकर गैंग चलाता है? हालांकि, इस बात के कोई सबूत नहीं मिले कि ये फायरिंग लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के कहने पर हुई, सिर्फ़ दावा है लेकिन पुलिस का कहना है कि लॉरेंस इस वक़्त जेल में high security बैरक में है, Isolation में है.
जेल अधिकारियों के अलावा गुजरात ATS भी उस पर लगातार निगरानी रखती है. उसका कोई भी movement ATS को रिपोर्ट किए बिना हो नहीं सकता. किसी को भी उससे मिलने तक की इजाज़त नहीं है. पहले भी जेल में रहते हुए उसके मोबाइल फोन use करने की ख़बरें आई थीं पर वो ग़लत साबित हुईं. पुलिस के मुताबिक़, उसके पास साबरमती जेल में कभी कोई कम्प्यूटर या फोन नहीं पाया गया. उसके वकील को भी video conferencing के ज़रिए ही उससे बात करने दी जाती है.
साबरमती जेल के जिस हिस्से में लॉरेंस को रखा गया है, वहां मोबाइल नेटवर्क काम नहीं करता. इस बात का भी कोई सबूत नहीं है कि shooters को भेजने वाला वाक़ई में लॉरेंस गैंग से है.
पुलिस का दावा है कि अमेरिका और कनाडा में बैठे गैंगस्टर्स लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के नाम का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, वो फिल्म इंडस्ट्री को डराने के लिए सलमान ख़ान जैसे बड़े स्टार का नाम use करते हैं लेकिन जिन फिल्म स्टार्स को डराया जाता है, वो risk कैसे ले सकते हैं? वो इन बातों पर यकीन कैसे कर सकते हैं?
टाइगर श्रॉफ की कार पर गोलियां चलीं, ये तो कैमरे पर दिखाई दे रहा है. ये तो fact है कि सलमान ख़ान के घर पर गोलियां चलाई गईं और ये भी सच है कि बाबा सिद्दीक़ी की दिनदहाड़े हत्या कर दी गई. इसलिए डर तो होगा और गैंगस्टर्स इस डर का पूरा-पूरा फ़ायदा उठाते हैं. अब ये काम पुलिस और NIA का है कि न सिर्फ़ इस गैंग का सफ़ाया करें, बल्कि इस बात के सबूत दें कि इस गैंग को ख़त्म कर दिया गया है.
