All too often, colleges of education ignore the imperative for social justice in schools. Many thanks to @CathyAtria for her efforts to challenge the status quo and facilitate a necessary conversation with community and educational leaders.

We were so proud of Resilience students Ameriyah Calloway and Madison Ritsema for sharing their poem & essay at the International Day of Peace celebration. Their words were truly inspiring and received much positive feedback from the attendees!
