I am very glad to have helped several Heath, Alibon and Eastbrook & Rush Green residents today.
A burglar alarm had been active for nearly 7 days at a commercial business park. Constant alarm ringing 24 hours a day. Day and night this alarm was ringing.
Residents had tried to get the companies involved to turn it off, but to no avail.
Finally, I had a call today from a resident alerting me to the situation. Thankfully, I spoke to all parties involved, and demanded the property management company urgently sort this matter.
At 4:15pm today, I had a call back from the property manager to confirm they’d finally been able to get the alarm turned off.
Now, the residents in the crossroads of all three wards can finally have a nights sleep without this alarm.
I’m very glad to have helped. As always, I take immediate action when the phone rings.
