Most corrupt African Presidents who rig elections all the time would not relate to this and would reject these machines since they want to impose themselves on people who hate them, because they want to steal taxpayers money and abuse state power. The countries that rig elections. It's always funny when they "encourage" people to go vote. What's the point? Why don't they input whatever numbers they want? Why must people stand in long queues when they won't get to elect leaders they want because the system gets manipulated? This will always be crazy.
